This document must have the signature, stamp of the auditor and the date of its approval.
The insured must present to the store where he wishes to procure the product, this electronic prescription as well as, as the case may be, supporting documents. The insured no longer addresses the offices of EOPYY himself. to reimburse him for the expense, but the respective store takes the order and deducts the cash supply from the value of the product.
Ο Ε.Ο.Π.Υ.Υ. justifies a specific amount per item, in which the insured participates by 25%.
In cases of quadriplegia, paraplegia and multiple sclerosis, the participation rate of the insured is 0% from the provision of EOPYY.
In this case, the insured must have in his possession a valid decision KEPA (Committee for certification of paraplegia, quadriplegia). The electronic prescription should indicate the number of the committee and the date of this decision.
